Customized items unless defective or incorrect.
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item or verify your eligibility for a digital refund, we will process your refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
